8th in a series of Conversations about Racial Harmony, Racial Healing, and
Justice

To establish personal relationships across color lines in a space that is
safe and welcoming.

To address American racism with an eye toward change; to eliminate racism in
any form it may appear.

The most important skill to both exemplify and encourage in others is
listening with an aim toward understanding.
