[Summit] Home for sale on the east side?

Hi all,My family has lived on the east side for many years and love everything it has to offer. We are looking to move out of the 2br home we are in and into a 3br to accommodate our growing children. The problem, of course, is that the east side inventory of homes for sale is very small and the prices are getting very high.We've really grown attached to the neighborhood and would hate to have to leave.
