[Summit] Rats in the neighborhood

Given that we know that rats have set up housekeeping here,  ie there is 
a resident colony that proves hard to eliminate,  i would take very 
seriously the advice of the exterminators we are now paying:   don't set 
out birdseed or petfood at least for now.
