[Summit] Speed bumps redux

Nor do many drivers pay any attention to the posted speed limit of 25 mph.
I obey it, even on the miscalled "thoroughfares" like Hope St and
Blackstone Ave, and I almost always pick up long tails of frustrated
drivers who want to go faster. (I do pull over when the tail grows too
long and there is a convenient place, so as to let them pass me. But
really, folks!)
