the theme Connecting Community for the 2021-22 program year.* Especially
during this time of immense change, DownCity Design is committed to
community partnerships and design interventions that reinforce community
and meet the needs of our rapidly changing society.

*This year in addition to Design / Build construction projects, we’re
looking for proposals that can be addressed using graphic solutions.*
Potential projects could include, but are not limited to, visual campaigns
that strengthen community impact; PSAs about changes within business
operations; or wayfinding signage or distance markers that help businesses
react and adapt to new public health protocols. Examples of some past
