If you want a green energy provider you are likely better off with with
https://www.greenenergyconsumers.org/ a local NE non-profit which invests
in local green energy. Any excess cost over regular grid rates is
considered a non-taxable donation. Arcadia and the like are deregulated for
profit energy providers.
