[Summit] PTAC questions

We just had mini splits installed by Restivo--we got them for AC but the
installed says they are more efficient than the regular heat until the
outside temps get well below freezing. The installation was this month
so we haven't used them much, but they are very quiet. It took 2 days to
do the install, with one unit downstairs and three upstairs--there is a
large outdoor compressor and some ductwork running outside the house,
but the holes in the walls are only about the size of an orange and the
only inside ductwork they had to do, due to the location of one unit, is
running through a closet. The downside is that it's quite pricey. Happy
to talk off-list with anyone who has more specific questions.
