On Chris Cardillo, I’ve seen him recommended on this list numerous times and, as a consequence, had him give me a quote for some work I needed done recently. It turned out to be three times higher (~$1200 more) than the other quote I got (and went with). That said, I can’t speak to the quality of his work + he seemed like a nice guy.
