[Summit] trucks on north main street

I wish this project wouldn't happen.  I live a few hundred feet from 
north main street.  I am not happy --  about breathing that much more 
pollution and hearing the vehicles rumble all night long when my windows 
are open in the summer.  And for alot of other reasons, too.

But.
There is a legal process that must be followed.  No matter how much you 
hate this development, there is still a legal process and good thing, 
since the process is what prevents even more bad outcomes.

I have no idea what the National Park Service position would be.  It 
would be worth digging into that.  I will say that swaps like the one 
proposed are not exceptional and too often benefit a private entity.

Finally, the most gross aspect of this whole project has been the apparent racism exhibited by the City of Pawtucket, its Planning Commission and Staff with the cooperation of Blackstone Distribution LLC, it?s lawyer and representatives, as well as the investment company behind the venture. This may call the ACLU, Black Lives Matter, and other social justice agencies to get involved.
