[Summit] Stuff for teens to do on the east side?

I know few of the useful current details, bu, when I was living on the East Side, the parks around Fox Point and India Point had a very lively soccer scene for almost all ages. There’s also a lot of activity on the (former Marvel Gym) field on the east side of Elmgrove, facing Brown Stadium and just past the Jewish Alliance/Community Center.
You might call (or e-mail) the City’s Department of Parks & Recreation, or just hang out on one of their busy weekends and ask the participants about current leagues, matches and membership procedures. It wouldn’t surprise me, however, if some of the soccer (and baseball) games are just informal pick-up games open to any and all comers.

It's been a while - my kids are grown - but one summer they learned to sail at the Community Boating Center on India Point. I took a couple of classes myself - great fun! Looks like they're still doing it.
