[Summit] Lost dog - no pics

Hi summit! We found a dog at the market with two collars but no tags and no
leash. Looks like he has some Bichon and maybe some Lhasa Also in him  He
is very friendly and personable, and way more excited by other dogs than by
people. We've called animal control but wanted to check here if anyone
knows or is missing him!

I have pics but the summit list suspended my message when I tried to send
