[Summit] trash collection on the holiday??

The Providence city government website clearly shows that trash and
recycling pickup is scheduled for today:

https://www.providenceri.gov/hr/holidays/

The city's holiday schedule of holidays and the waste management company's
schedule of observed hoildays are different things.
