[Summit] Trash pickup today, not tomorrow

Not to mention the fact that if you're on your phone and you're persistent
enough to click out of the DPW page and onto the HR page (
https://www.providenceri.gov/hr/holidays/), the first thing you see is that
today was a holiday. You'd have to be clairvoyant to know that the trash
pickup schedule is different and listed lower down on the page.

Anyway ... Are we just SOL if we still have trash in our bins? Or is it
worth putting them out tomorrow and calling the missed pickup phone number?
