I see Medical care for profit is destroying
or at least seriously damaging our hospital system
all across the country
We have already seen the impact of the closing of Memorial Hospital in
Pawtucket.
ER wait times, and time till you can get appts at Miriam have
noticeably increased
Also, where we live on the Pawtucket/Providence line,
we can hear the sirens of the ambulances traveling the extra distance
to bring emergencies to an ER.

Primary Care for All Americans is trying to change the system

While Primary Care is usually the focus,
tonight's meeting is about the dangerous trend of hospital closings
