[Summit] Intersection of chace and hope

Hi folks,
Thanks, Sherry, for taking this on and I'm sorry for all those impacted. I
am definitely not here to defend drivers in our 'hood, but I do want to
note that, for reasons I can't put my finger on, I think the Chace / Hope
intersection actually got *more* confusing when they put the stop signs in.
Which makes no sense, but that's been my experience of it. There's just
something confusing about the optics of it. I have a guess that other 4-way
stop intersections have more compliance. It definitely needs to change, but
I don't think its 100% the fault of oblivious drivers. If there are any
traffic planners among us who can help me understand why that intersection
somehow just doesn't seem to work, I'd love an analysis. Be well, all. Ellen
