I have a single family bungalow. My tax bill was the same as last year.
Peace,
Linda

I was able to resolve these for constituents while I served on the City Council if it was justified. I encourage you to contact your Council representative.
Sincerely,
Sam Zurier

Subject: [Summit] 2024 Real Estate Tax Bill
So I just received my property tax bill for 2024 and have been charged at the non-owner occupied rate. I understand that the tax levy changed with this past budget and that the homestead exemption went away - was I supposed to file paperwork to state again that I was living in the house for this? I didn’t receive any correspondence about this from the city regarding this that I am aware of, so confused by it all - and the tax offices are closed for the day. Any information on this would be helpful.
Many thanks,
Peter
