[Summit] Curb alert Halloween candy chute

We upsized our candy chute this year so now out in front of 159 Tenth St.
there is a 10 foot PCV pipe painted day-glow orange that’s great to use as
a candy chute if you want to come help yourself. Kids love candy chutes on
Halloween!
