[Summit] Challenging home assessment?

You can go to www.vgsi.com/schedules to schedule a phone appointment, but
you need a unique PID (property ID?). To find the PID (since you don't have
the letter), go to https://www.providenceri.gov/tax-assessor/. Click the
Property Lookup button. That should take you to
https://data.nereval.com/Search.aspx?town=Providence. Put the owner's name
in the search box and click Search Property. Find the address you want, and
click View. The PID is the number listed next to Account in the Parcel
Identification section of the page.
