[Summit] Porch pirate

Hi All,
Be aware of a porch pirate on a BMX bike. Black jacket with a hood, huge
black backpack.

Was seen twice on Chace Drive then riding down Chace Avenue towards
Hope. This morning he has an 8 pack of paper towels, then can back for more.

We've had multiple items stolen from Chace Avenue.

Police were called.
