I've been there. (And I am a dog-lover and own one dog. We purposely did not fence our yard so that we'd be forced to walk the dog 2-3 times per day... for our own exercise! Try to call when all four dogs are outside so the police can see what you're referring to. Have them pull up in front of your house and walk to the back yard with you so they can hear the barking.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>I wish you good luck. This often ends up being a divisive issue among neighbors.
