Dear Summit Neighbors,<div><br></div><div>At tonight's meeting of the SNA Board, there was a discussion about potholes and similar woes. It made me wonder if Summit residents are aware of a (relatively) new service provided by the City, the "QAlert" System. If you go to <a href="http://www.providenceri.com/ons/index.php">this page,</a> you will find a place to report various problems, including: Potholes, code violations, litter, snow removal problems, noise problems, traffic lights, tree removal, graffiti, or any problem at all.</div><div><br></div><div>The blog <a href="http://www.gcpvd.org/">Greater City: Providence</a> has had a series of posts recounting one user's experiences with the system.</div><div><br></div><div>Tom</div><div><br></div><div><div> <span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0; "><div><div style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><div style="font-size: 11px; ">Thomas A.
