It has made efforts to quash the net neutrality movement (obviously!), it has supported union-busting initiatives, it sponsored the "Friends of America" climate-change denial rally (I mean please), and its VP of Communications recently insulted the Political Director of Credo Mobile by writing that she "once lived in a tree for a while".
Cox has had something of a monopoly in RI (which is one reason I had considered switching some time ago) but I try not to support corporations that don't in some way benefit a common good.
We are contemplating switching from Cox to Verizon (getting the bundle of telephone, internet, and
television). Has anyone done this and what has been their experience? Was the transition easy and
is the quality of service better?
