<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><DIV>Dear Neighbors,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>As a follow up to my earlier comments regarding the recent incidents of strangers knocking on doors asking for "Michael" (or any other fictious person), I called Lt. Schuvulli to alert him of the situation.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>He commented that in addition to taking a description of the individual, neighbors should call the non-immediate emergency number at the police department (401) 272 1111. </DIV>
<DIV>This sort of incident would not warrant a 911 call, but calling the alternate number would document the concern with the police.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Again, please save the date for the Crime Watch of Summit Neighborhood's (CRWSN) free "Citizens Training" on Wednesday, July 21st at 6:30 at The Miriam Hospital in the Sopkin Auditorium. Feel free to call the Neighborhood Hotline at (401) 793 4040 for more information.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Sincerely,</DIV>
<DIV>Monica Anderson</DIV></td></tr></table><br>
