If there is a group that is interested in working on a proposal to
Zipcar, I'd be happy to contribute to the project. The data asked
for here is very easy to get. If anyone has contacts in Miriam who
are might be able to say something about how many of their medical
residents live in the neighborhood, I think that would be a useful
thing to note as well.<br>

It would probably help Zipcar HQ if we can come up with some plausible use
cases and reasons why this is a good neighborhood for them. Presumably,
they've already done some of their own analysis and this area is not on the
initial list.
Do we have any any stats on neighborhood demographics? (average age, income,
number of students, proportion of renters to owners, etc.)
