We see the same behavior on eighth street and I distinctly remember, about a year ago, watching an SUV driving up our street with a man positioning a video camera out the window as they drove. Why on earth else would one be taking video of a residential area?<br>

<br>Don't we all have digital cameras? It might be a good idea to start taking shots of these individuals and posting the photos on a public site for everyone here to see. With enough visible material it could also serve to dissuade others from trying their luck in this area.<br>

I also see people doing the same--as though there were looking for  house<br>
numbers---could there possible be more to it?  Residing across from  India<br>
Restaurant it is almost impossible  to know who is doing  what........H.<br>
