He (only half in-jest) said "when you're retired." He did say, though, that after all of the gas lines were replaced in the Summit area, the water company would then be out to dig up all the streets again to replace the sewer lines. The Narraganset Bay Commission is requiring that the sewer and storm water lines be separated to reduce the amount of runoff that goes in the waterways, and to keep the treatment plants from being overwhelmed during rainstorms. Why they didn't just do it all at the same time and dig up the roads once and be done is beyond me.<br>
