I used to live in Pawtucket which has no overnight ban. Many multi-family houses there do not provide sufficient off street parking for all tenants and the streets become very crowded and difficult to negotiate. I found it to be a nightmare! My driveway was constantly difficult to get out of because of the number of cars parked either blocking it or very close. I like that Providence does not have overnight on street parking and would strongly oppose a change! <br>
