As to the crime connection - do you really think that<br>

while burgling - his car sticking out like a sore thumb<br>
if the police come by?? Being one of twenty cars on<br>
that same street is far less likely to attract attention.<br></blockquote><div><br>This brings up an interesting question: would more strangers on the street make it more difficult to spot would-be criminals and criminal behavior, or would all those people constantly coming and going from their cars reduce opportunities for crimes to be committed? Hmm.<br>
