They have had on street overnight parking for about 100 years or so. None of the issues feared here exist there so I know that greater density does not have to happen simply due to liberal on street parking.</div><div><br></div><div>The city has not changed the zoning laws for mandatory minimum parking for new developments, our taxes are a horrible burden on absentee landlords (and renters), public transport is a sad joke, most of the property in the area is fully developed, and our state population is essentially flat.</div><div><br></div><div>I would guess all of these are much greater influencers on future density than overnight parking bans. </div><div><br></div><div>--C<br><div><br><div>
