(This is the major reason why I oppose the Voter ID legislation).<br>

I suspect that Greg's purple thumb plan might be the best of the options!<br>
At least it would keep folks from voting twice. (Along with the fact that <br>only one person can vote as John Smith at such and such an address)<br><br>
