Louise, I couldn't agree more. The SNA board members volunteer so much time and work so hard to make this a true neighborhood. In my experience, they've provided plenty of opportunity for feedback. Even if there's a glitch now and then, I think we can all assume that they are doing their best, and I expect they are happy to consider constructive criticism.<br>

I served on the SNA board for 15 years and know that the board consists of many hard working volunteers who are trying to improve our community. If you agree with them get involved and let them know. If you disagree get involved and voice your concerns. How easy it is to be critical from the sidelines.<br>

When some of us objected - we were told that we should live with it, our opinion was not that important and <br>when the fountain was working, we would learn to live with the cut trees.<br><br>the leader of this project and way of thinking was that guy Jessie Poledicmas<br>
<br>but, when the tree cutting started, the REAL summit neighborhood stood up and said NO<br>so, the trees weren't cut down.<br><br>that fountain project will not last - someone is going to get hurt, the settlement will be big enough to stop the fountain<br>
and some of the trees were cut down<br><br>better yet, guess what the next idea for lippit was: community garden. And guess who wanted to do it<br>Poledicmas. But, the SNA org figured out that they better reach out this time. An sure enough, people said no.<br>
and there was no "community" (very small definition of community). Now, once again we see the idea for a community garden. <br>I suspect Poledicmas is somewhere in those weeds.<br><br>
