I am NOT disputing the need for antibiotics (which was real for me) or the problem with getting people to take them all once they start.<br><br>I am just trying to warn people to be sure as you can be that all due diligence is taken that YOU are not going to be the one with the cardiac side effects.<br>

For me taking it cleared up my bacterial infestation and I felt fine while taking it. So yes, be careful, but do not throw the baby out with the bathwater. greg</div>

<div><br></div>If your doctor prescribes zithromax, azithromycin, ZPac for you- please double check it is necessary & safe<br>It can disrupt your heart rhthyms, which is uncomfortable, can be very disabling and occasionally fatal.<br>
<br>The warning came out last spring but was not well publicized <br>(what pharmaceutical company wants to damage the reputation of one of their most popular drugs?)<br><br>And I ended up taking a drug I never should have.<br>
Which also has a long half life- meaning 3 weeks after stopping it is still in my system.<br>I can not exert myself in any way, and if I do, it takes hours to recover, like I ran a marathon.<br><br>I am just posting this to possibly save someone else.<br>
