<div dir="ltr">The bump outs may prevent <i>cars</i> from parking there, but that is no help if people pile up a car's worth of visual obstacles like: bushy vegetation, sign boards or cafe tables- in our line of vision.  The statewide statutes have not caught up with this.<br>
