<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Hello Neighbors,<br><br></div>While my friends and I were walking in Swan Point this morning we encountered a small dog who did not seem to have any people with him.<br><br>
</div>This was a small, terrierish dog (30 lbs?), white or mostly white.  He had on a black (or dark) collar.  We couldn't get close enough to see whether he had a tag.<br><br></div>We tried to call him over but he just barked at us.  One of us, who's very dog-savvy, tried to get close to him, but couldn't get close enough even to see if he had a tag.<br>
