That was very helpful! I have taken the liberty of putting them into a Word table. I also went back a couple of months and grabbed some other recommendations I'd
seen there and added them. <br style="" class=""><br style="" class="">I'm not sure if there's a central place that this document can be housed, but I will keep updating it as I see recommendations and send it around if anyone wants updated copies.
