<div><br></div>I found a complaint form on the Providence Police Department's website and am using that to register my opinion. My assumption is nothing will be done about it, but it'll make me feel better. I'm already annoyed that people *constantly* abuse traffic laws at that corner and never, ever get ticketed for it. Having a police officer doing it is really frustrating.<div class="">
