I asked Kevin Jackson to explain to me why he voted to lower the tax
rate on landlords, including the vote to override Taveras' veto: <i>The
council voted 10-4 to support to override the veto, with Council
President Michael Solomon, Majority Leader Seth Yurdin, Ways and
Means Committee Chairman David Salvatore and Councilman Sam Zurier
siding with Taveras. <br>

I find it impossible to support someone who can't or won't use plain
