We disabled our cable and bought a high-quality, spherical, mail-order antenna (under $100) from an entrepreneur in PA. We put the antenna in our attic; the guy in PA even helped us position it optimally using the compass on our iPad. We get about 52 TV channels, including PBS, with complete clarity. For movies, etc, we have ROKU. We switch back and forth every couple of years between Cox and Verizon for our landline and wifi, depending on who has a better deal. Cox wifi is definitely slower, and their much-touted customer service is a thing of the past. But Cox is good enough for us.<br>
