The I-195 Commission has set forth a <a href="https://persobnalsellinginsigths.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=960a20147199002fa611488b0&id=cd25ba5a3e&e=e1b8ca0d1a" style="color:#2BAADF;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:underline;" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">resolution</a> summarizing the terms that must be met by Fane before the tower construction can begin (2021?).<br>
<br>
In support of the JDA's official position on the Fane Tower, we are in discussions with other neighborhood associations, PPS and others about joining a legal challenge to prohibit the Fane Tower from building on the Proposed parcel.
