However, I agree, the tightly-placed McMansions this developer has built elsewhere are not encouraging for our neighborhood look and feel. I’d vastly prefer to see the mansion turned into condos and perhaps extended with a matching wing for more condos, with parking at the back (the main problem with this would be the parking probably.) And then the rest of the lot could be a shared, maintained yard for all residents. But, it’s certainly not as quick and easy as knocking down the old and slamming in cookie cutter housing. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I think a lot of people would love to live in a place with a garden they don’t need to personally maintain.</div><br class=""><div class="">
