<span style="color:blue">Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program</span></a>. This program will provide rental and utility relief payments to help eligible renters maintain housing stability.

<p class="MsoNormal">Either the tenant or landlord can begin an application. <b>Participation from both the tenant and landlord is required</b> to complete an application and for payment to be issued.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Tenant applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible:</b></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"><li class="gmail-m_-7059028717743184074MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in">Household income must meet certain income limits.</li><li class="gmail-m_-7059028717743184074MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in">Qualified
 for unemployment benefits or have experienced a reduction in household 
income, incurred significant costs, OR experienced other financial 
hardship due, directly or indirectly,
 to COVID-19.</li><li class="gmail-m_-7059028717743184074MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in">Show they are at risk for becoming homeless or losing their housing.</li></ul>
