events our state has experienced in a very long time. Providence is currently forecast to receive 12\u201318 inches of heavy, wet snow, with wind gusts over 40 mph possible. These conditions may cause power outages. Blizzard conditions are possible, with snowfall
rates exceeding 2 inches per hour and periods of white-out visibility.</span></p>
