[Summit] appliance repair?

I need to get my oven fixed. The manufacturer recommends New England  
Appliance Repair in Pawtucket and Allstate Appliance Service in Warwick.

Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with either company? Or can  
you recommend any other repair shops?

I have a feeling this has been covered on the list, but I can't  
figure out how to search the list archives. Sorry for the re-run!
