I think we "try" to report them, but there are probably more that go
unreported.
Whenever things are reported, I think it spurs good discussion on crime
patterns and prevention.
Neighborhood watch is a block-by-block activity. Some blocks have organized
crime watches, and there was a discussion awhile back about how to organize
one for your block(s).
