[Summit] Garage Parking for Rent and an Introduction

I'd like some guidance from the list on what is okay and what is not.
Here are some concrete examples:

A) neighbor has used item for sale
B) neighbor offers a service for pay
C) neighbor has apartment in neighborhood to let
D) landlord has apartment in neighborhood to let
E) neighbor has local or in-home business, wants to introduce self
F) neighbor has local business, wants to send out periodic promotions
G) local business wants to introduce itself
H) local business wants to send periodic promotions

I've encountered most of these since I've been administering the list,
and my policy has been to discourage them all.

What say you?  I hear some interest in a separate "marketplace" list,
but also some acceptance of commerce on this list.

A only?  A & B?  Neighbors only?  Anything but promotions?  Anything
at all?  Tell me what you want.
