[Summit] snow plowing

I'm somewhere in the middle, on a lot of that, except I feel strongly & am
quite outspoken about the need for THOROUGH shoveling, side walk AND path
into the street on the corners;  I think places that plow onto sidewalks
should be given large fines, and the plow driver should be made to repair
the problem by hand, (maybe using using a child's sand shovel?), so they
remember not to do it again.
When you contribute to making your elderly neighbors have to walk in the
street, you are risking their lives.  That is not a small matter.
