Re: narrow streets with snow piles - I've noticed that both here on
tenth and where I used to live on Burlington - cars routinely block me
into my own driveway by parking directly across on the opposite side
of the street directly behind my driveway. This could be helped by
curb to curb plowing (that seems more likely than people making a
concerted effort to not park there) Also, is there a city ordinance
requiring the shoveling of private sidewalks? If there isn't, there
shouldn't be. I'm just waiting to get run over by a speeding car going
down the hill because the people above me on either side haven't done
so, forcing me to walk my dog in the street.
