I forwarded the email to him also, but as personal correspondence, not from
the list address.  It did not bounce back.  The city server's spam filter is
not necessarily reflective of the Lieutenant's willingness to communicate
with residents.

  I have had a "response" from Lt. Schiavulli to the anti-semitic signs I
found. He refuses to accept any email from our group. My emails were bounced
back to me as spam. What good is having a police lieutenant assigned to our
neighborhood if he refuses to communicate with us?
