I forwarded the incident to Lt Schiavulli. I also got a bounce back in my
spam box, so I resent it to the new address provided, which was David
Schiavulli <dschiavulli.6ejx9 at providenceri.com> on that day. I did not get
another bounce.
A LOT OF PROVIDENCE OFFICIALS have this method of official spam protection,
from the Mayor on down. I doubt it is their choice. It is a little annoying
as the the new address changes periodically, so you have to keep correcting
the address, and sending everything twice. But it does go through, and I
guess it protects them from a lot of spam, or they wouldn't do it.
