[Summit] Electronic Waste Prevention now law! You made it happen! (and energy efficient light bulbs)

Good points, Elianna!

Once one of our energy efficient light bulbs blew out, or died, or
something, and made a big chemical stink.

We have a parrot, and birds are extremely sensitive to chemical
pollution of any kind.  Because I can't risk this chemical stink
happening when I'm not around to open the windows and air out the
house **immediately**, I have changed all the "energy efficient" light
bulbs back to the old incandescent light bulbs.  And I resent the
(well-meaning) law that forces me to use energy efficient bulbs by
2012.  My parrot is a member of the family and I don't want her to be
in danger when I'm at work or away on vacation.
